Ingredients

500 grams raw almonds
300 grams cashews
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons agave extract
2 shots espresso
8 dates
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
cup of coconut milk
1 banana
1 tablespoon rum

Makes 8 servings

Directions

1. Soak the almonds in water for 6 8 hours or overnight. Drain and blend in the food processor. Mix of the almonds with the dates in the food processor. Shape and press the crust and freeze.

2. Mix the cocoa powder, half of the coconut milk, rum, espresso, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon of agave, and banana and blend. Layer the cream on top of the crust and freeze.

3. Blend the cashews and mix with 1 tablespoon of agave, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, half of the coconut milk, and vanilla extract. Layer the cream on top and freeze.
