Ingredients

Crust

½ cup of almonds
½ cup of walnuts
1 cup of pecans
1 ½ tablespoons almond butter
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1/3 cup of maple syrup
1 tablespoon cocoa powder

Filling

2 cups of walnuts
½ cup of maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ cup of coconut oil
the juice of one orange
1 cup of apples, diced
3 tablespoons almond butter

Chocolate sauce

3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/3 cup of coconut oil
1 tablespoon maple syrup

Makes 10 – 12 servings

Directions

1. Combine the pecans, walnuts, and almonds and blend in the food processor. Add the cocoa powder, maple syrup, coconut oil, and almond butter and blend. Press the crust to a pan.
Refrigerate.

2. Blend the walnuts in the food processor and add the other filling ingredients. Pour the filling on top of the cheesecake crust. Mix the sauce ingredients and poor the chocolate sauce on top.
