3 avocados
2 oranges
200 grams lettuce
50 grams roasted almonds
1 cup of mayonnaise
3 tablespoons yogurt
2 tablespoons sour cream
teaspoon sugar
salt and pepper to taste
cup of orange juice

Makes 10 12 servings


1. Cut the oranges in sections and avocados in dices. Place the avocado, oranges, and lettuce in a large bowl.

2. Whisk yogurt, mayonnaise, sour cream, pepper, sugar, and salt to prepare the dressing. Chill for 8 12 hours before serving. Bring to room temperature 30 minutes before serving.

3. Pour the dressing on top of the salad and add the roasted almonds on top. You can garnish with fresh herbs (e.g. parsley or dill).
