Ingredients

500 grams ground beef
fresh parsley
2 garlic cloves
1 onion
1 cup of bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
1 egg
teaspoon cumin
8 strips of bacon

Makes 4 servings

Directions

1. In a large bowl, combine the bread crumbs, egg, ground beef, sliced onion, and minced garlic. Use the mixer to blend well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

2. Use a muffin tin and fill the holes with the meatloaves mix. Preheat the oven to 200 C. Wrap a slice of bacon around each hole. Cook for 30 40 minutes or until ready.

3. Leave to cool for 20 minutes and remove from the muffin tin. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with green salad.
